Sweet Wisdom uses Guittard Sante Chocolate exclusively for all our creations. We have thoughtfully selected this chocolate because it is made without refined sugar or soy products, yet has a smooth creamy texture along with a deep, rich flavor. Sante is described as follows: Keto & Paleo Friendly and sweetened with coconut sugar, this innovative 72% cacao delivers 1g net carb without sugar alcohols or refined sugars.

All decorative coloring utilizes a natural line of cocoa butter from Chef Rubber. These Natural Cocoa Butter colors are “ultra refined, organic, deodorized, kosher cocoa butter blended with naturally derived colorants. Natural colorants will vary in color due to the natural origin of tinting ingredients.”

About our Heavenly Barks:

All barks are made to order using Guittard Sante Chocolate and a variety of organic fruits and nuts. It is worth noting that some of the dried fruits do list Organic Cane Sugar as an ingredient. So our barks may deviate from our “no cane sugar” commitment - only as listed below under specific ingredients. Since barks can be customized we will only list ingredients here that are our standard flavors:

  • Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilly extract;
    Valrhona Ivoire 35% white chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract;
    Peppermint pieces: cane sugar, corn syrup, cream of tartar, peppermint extract
